The "Orient Express of the Alps"
Since its restoration at the end of 1999 at the Rhaetian Railway, the Pullman fleet has gained a large customer base and is the flagship of the Rhaetian Railway. Supplemented by the rolling restaurant “Gourmino” and the “Piano Bar Car”, the “Orient Express of the Alps” is in no way inferior to the former luxury trains. Only two other trains with historic carriages have made the leap into the 21st century and continue to offer unforgettable rail experiences in Europe. The “Alpine Classic Pullman Express” as a metre-gauge counterpart is a unique cultural asset on rails and is one of the jewels of the Rhaetian Railway.
